Welcome to Fair Chance Farm!  Visit us for choose and cut Christmas Trees plus wreaths, tree accessories, and a small assortment of gift shop items.  
We are open every Saturday and Sunday November 29th through December 15th, 2024.

Trees

We have limited supplies this year and welcome you to the lot closest to the road to find the choicest trees.

Hot Chocolate
& Cookies

Yes, please!  Hot Chocolate, Hot Cider, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Marshmallow Treats, and more!  All available at our concessions.

Wreaths
& Greens 

We support local artisans who provide wreaths and greens for purchase.  This year we're joined by the fabulous Jessie Adams of Chinquapin Ridge Flowers & Wreaths.  Come see her work and take home some something special for your very own.
